教师知识、叙事探究与教师发展

摘要(Abstract):
<正>教师发展研究关注的是入职教师的成长过程,其核心是探寻教师如何不断丰富自己的知识,即教师知识。因此,对教师知识的认识以及采用哪些有效方法来增加教师知识便成为教师发展研究的重要议题。下面就这两个议题做一简要讨论。一、教师知识教师应该具备什么样的知识从上个世纪80年代开始就一直是一个讨论的热点。在众多的讨论中,Shulman(1987)提出的教师知识基础分类"在近20年内对教师教育课程改革产生了划时代的意义,至
